The advanced training and retraining is carried out by the Regional Center for Advanced Training and Retraining, TSTU Center for Engineering Education.
The overall objective of the Regional Center for Advanced Training and Retraining is to develop additional vocational training meeting the requirements of companies and organizations for the updating, retraining, conversion and career development of their personnel at all levels.
The Center offers 8 bachelor courses. Courses are taught by practitioners of the regional administration, banks and teaching staff of TSTU. Modules include aspects of personal development, human relations and organization management as well as updating and adding relevant knowledge and skills in engineering. The State Certificate is issued after the completion of the courses.
