Dear applicants!
Tambov State Technical University informs you that TSTU's foreign students' admission office doesn't take any fees for issuing the official invitations for studying or any official letters.
Tambov State Technical University accepts only tuition and hostel fees. Tuition and hostel fees can be paid to the official bank account of the university or to the cashier office of the university. All fees are to be made according to the signed contract between an applicant and the university.
All full-time students must have medical insurance that meets University criteria. The University assists students with obtaining an appropriate medical insurance upon their arrival to Tambov.

In order to be admitted for this program, you should submit the following documents to our e-mail (tstu04@yahoo.com):
- a scanned copy of your international passport. Please, take into account that your passport should be valid for at least 1.5 year (18 months) since the intended date of entry to Russia;
- a scanned copy of your education certificate;
- a completed application form;
- scanned copies of your medical certificate including HIV-test results and chest X-ray results. Without your medical documents we won’t be able to issue the official invitation.
As soon as we receive required documents, we review them and if everything is according to our requirements we will prepare a set of documents for the Department of the Federal Migration Service to request a formal invitation. A standard waiting period for the invitation to be issued is 1 month on receipt of all the required documents.
As for the payments, they are the following:
1. Tuition fee – approximately 1350 USD for the Russian language pre-university program that starts in September 2019 and lasts till June 2020.
2. Accommodation fee – approximately 300 USD for the 1-year stay in a shared room.
3. Medical insurance fee – approximately 100 USD per year.
4.Multiple visa fee – approximately 30 USD.
After the successful completion of the Russian language pre-university program you will get a certificate the will allow you to continue your education in Russian.

We can offer you a Pre-university Russian language program (medical profile). It includes classes on the Russian language and other subjects related for this profile.

Tous les programmes de Licence sont enseignés en russe, c’est pourquoi avant d’être admis pour l’un de ces programmes vous devez achever le cours préparatoire de la langue russe. Ce programme commence en septembre 2019 et dure jusqu’au juin 2020.
Pour être admis pour le programme préparatoire vous devez fournir les documents suivants à notre e-mail (tstu04@yahoo.com):
- la copie scannée de votre passeport international. Notez que votre passeport doit être valid au moins 1.5 année (18 mois) aprés la date d’entrée en Russie ;
- les copies scannées de votre cértificat d’étude ;
- le formulaire d’inscription ( ce document est dans le fichier joint) ;
- les copies scannées de vos certificats médicaux avec des résultats de VIH et de phluorographie. Il faut fournir vos cértificats medicaux avant que nous vous envoyons l’invitation officielle, sinon l’invitation ne peux pas être envoyé.
Quand nous obtenons ces document, nous allons les examiner. Si tous les document répondent aux nos exigences, nous allons les fournir au service du migration pour obtenir l’invitation officielle. La procédure d’obtention de l’invitation prend environ 1 mois.
Quant aux paiements, ils sont suivants:
- Le frais de scolarité – environ 1350 USD pour le cours préparatoire qui commence en septembre 2019 (profil technique et economique).
- Le frais de foyer – environ 300 USD pour 1 année dans la chambre à 2-3 places - Le frais d’assurance médical – environ 100 année pour 1 année ;
- Le frais de visa mumtiple – environ 30 USD.
Après que vous achever le cours préparatoire vous pouvez continuer vos études aux programmes de medecine dans autres universités.
