Dear applicants!
Tambov State Technical University informs you that TSTU's foreign students' admission office doesn't take any fees for issuing the official invitations for studying or any official letters.
Tambov State Technical University accepts only tuition and hostel fees. Tuition and hostel fees can be paid to the official bank account of the university or to the cashier office of the university. All fees are to be made according to the signed contract between an applicant and the university.
All full-time students must have medical insurance that meets University criteria. The University assists students with obtaining an appropriate medical insurance upon their arrival to Tambov.

From April 2018 we admit students for the Russian language pre-university program that starts in September 2018 and lasts till June 2019.
First you need to be admitted for the pre-university program. Only after successful completion of this program confirmed by your certificate you can be admitted for Bachelor academic programs.
If you want to study on scholarship, you should apply to the Ministry of Education in your country or to the Embassy of the Russian Federation in your country.

- a scanned copy of your international passport. Please, take into account that your passport should be valid for at least 1.5 year (18 months) since the intended date of entry to Russia;

As soon as we receive all the required documents, we review them and if everything is according to our requirements, we will prepare a set of documents for the Department of the Federal Migration Service to request a formal invitation to be issued. 1. These payments should be transferred to the University official bank account before we send to you the official invitation:
- Tuition Fee – approximately 1600 USD for the Russian language pre-university program that starts in September 2018.
- Accommodation Fee – approximately 300 USD for the 1-year stay in a shared room.
2. These payments should be paid upon your arrival to Tambov:
- Medical Insurance Fee – approximately 100 USD per year;
- Multiple Visa Fee – about 30 USD.

Обучение на подготовительном факультете начинается в сентябре 2018 года. Документы на эту программу принимаются с апреля 2018.
Чтобы поступить на программу подготовительного факультета, необходимо прислать следующие документы на наш электронный адрес (tstu04@yahoo.com):
- сканированную копию загранпаспорта. Паспорт должен быть действителен как минимум 1.5 года (18 месяцев) с предполагаемой даты въезда в Россию;
- сканированную копию документов об образовании;
- заполненную заявку на обучение;
- сканированную копию медицинского сертификата, а также результаты флюорографии и анализа крови на ВИЧ.
Как только мы получим указанные документы, мы их просмотрим. Если все они соответствуют нашим требованиям, мы подготовим документы для подачи в Миграционную службу. Стандартный срок для оформления приглашения – 1 месяц с момента подачи документов.
Что касается оплаты, процедура следующая:
До того, как мы вышлем Вам приглашение, необходимо оплатить:
Стоимость обучения – 87000 рублей;
Стоимость проживания в общежитии – примерно 16000 рублей в год.
Как только Вы приезжаете в Тамбов, необходимо будет оплатить:
Стоимость медицинской страховки – примерно 4800 рублей в год;
Стоимость многократной визы – 1600 рублей.
Все цены указаны на текущий учебный год – 2017-2018. Официальные цены на следующий учебный год (2018-2019) будут опубликованы в мае 2018.
После успешного окончания подготовительного факультета Вы получите сертификат, который позволит продолжить обучение на русском языке.
